The trams of Vienna

The trams in Vienna provide good transport for the tourist wanting to get around the city centre. Along with the metro or subway system, the trams of Vienna are part of a very good public transportation system.



Some of Vienna's trams are old and have character, while other trams are new and modern. As the photos show mostly the older versions of Vienna trams in two colours, there are nice modern trams that are more comfortable which I haven't taken photos of.
